Passengers are carried subject to and in terms of our standard conditions of carriage, notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary.
1. Tickets
Tickets are not transferable and are valid for use only by the persons to whom they are issued and for the date and time shown thereon. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the correct information is shown on the ticket. Passengers are not allowed to break their journey unless separate tickets are issued at the appropriate fares, for each individual journey.
2. Cancellations
We do not refund tickets, you are welcome to re-book your ticket for up to 30 days.
No same day cancellations or ticket changes.
4. Departure Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before boarding time. The shuttle leaves exactly on schedule (CAT) as listed on our website. If there are delays due to fog or accidents, we will notify you. The bus will not wait for late passengers, and tickets will be forfeited without a refund if you miss the shuttle.
Very important Information:
Please ensure that the landing time on your flight ticket to Cape Town International Airport is no later than 10:45 AM to allow enough time to collect your luggage and make your way to the shuttle, which departs promptly at 11:30 AM en route back to Langebaan. We are parked at Parkade 2 by Orange Columns “C”, which is towards the vehicle exit of Parkade 2.
Please ensure that the departure time on your domestic flight ticket is no earlier than 12:00 PM to allow enough time to check in your luggage and make your way to the boarding gates. Mrs Shuttle’s estimated time of arrival is 11:15 AM (traffic and weather permitting). For international flights, please make sure to arrive with Mrs Shuttle at least 4 hours in advance of your flight.
Unless contracted to the contrary, and at the sole discretion of Mrs Shuttle, each fare-paying passenger is permitted to take free of charge, at own risk, one suitcase not a total mass not exceeding of 20kg. All luggage (e.g. handbag, nappy bag, etc.) must not exceed 20kg.
Unaccompanied luggage will not be carried. Mrs Shuttle is not responsible whatsoever for loss or damage to passenger’s luggage, hand luggage or personal effects.
6. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on all coaches.
7. Unaccompanied Children
No unaccompanied children under the age of 5 years will be carried.
8. Alcohol
Mrs Shuttle reserves the right to refuse the consumption of alcohol on its vehicles, or not to undertake the conveyance of any passengers who enters the vehicle whilst intoxicated.
9. Pets
No animals will be carried, with the exception of a trained guide-dog accompanying a blind person.
10. Other
Mrs Shuttle will make every effort to keep to the current published timetable, but services may be affected by road, weather or other conditions beyond Mrs Shuttle’s control. Mrs Shuttle will therefore not accept liability for any costs incurred by passengers under such circumstances.
Mrs Shuttle makes every effort to ensure connections between its services where appropriate. However, no liability can be accepted for loss or damage caused by any failure to make these conditions or those perceived to exist with other transport operators.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to undertake the conveyance of or the continued conveyance of any passenger(s).
Mrs Shuttle reserves the right to revise seat allocations without notice and to operate substitute vehicles of a different standard from those advertised.
