Service Provided: Transportation of public guests to the airport and various locations.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the charter service provided by Mrs Shuttle and understand that transportation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or unforeseen incidents.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mrs Shuttle, its employees, vehicle(s), agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Personal injury or loss of life during transportation.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while using the shuttle service.
Delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Mrs Shuttle.
As a passenger, I undertake to behave in accordance with the rules, terms and conditions of this agreement, as well as all applicable laws, by-laws and regulations;
Maintaining Proper Behaviour:
Act respectfully toward other passengers and the driver at all times.
Avoid any form of aggressive behaviour, racial discrimination or foul language.
Substance Restrictions:
No excessive use of alcohol during the trip.
Strictly refrain from carrying, using, or being under the influence of prohibited substances.
Smoking and Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the vehicle.Seat Belt Usage:
Wear my safety belt at all times during the trip. If I choose not to, I acknowledge that it is solely at my own risk.
Prohibited Activities:
I acknowledge and agree that should I conduct myself in any manner, which results in any action of whatsoever nature being instituted against Mrs Shuttle by whomsoever, then in such event I hereby acknowledge and agree that I shall be held liable and accountable for the resolution of the action, which shall include payment of any fine, damages, and loss of income that Mrs Shuttle may suffer or incur during the period of resolution, including legal costs on the scale as between attorney and own client.
By signing this document, I confirm that I understand and will comply with these rules. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service or removal from the vehicle without a refund.
4. Assumption of Responsibility
I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings and any actions I take while using the shuttle service.
